SCOTIA, Calif (September 16th, 2021) – The company hosted the fifthannual Redwood Region Resource Rally (RRRR) in Scotia for high school juniors and seniorsfrom throughout Northern CA. to educate and interest students in careers in the lumberindustry. Director, Forest Sciences Sal Chinnici and Recruiting Manager, Victor Balestrieri,were on hand at the event to connect with students at the careers workshop, along withrepresentatives from College of the Redwood and Humboldt State University.
This year there were approximately 125students from 10 different high schools from Del Norte down to Middletown. They rotatedthrough six venues: Forestry, Mechanics and Heavy Equipment, Timber Harvest, Fisheries, MillTour, and Careers Workshop. Huge thanks to our partners
